Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

Deliveries are made daily, ensuring we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.  We do our best not to ship on a Friday as we do not like our packages sitting over the weekend in a truck/bldg waiting for processing.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, baking, cooling and packaging. All orders are sent to the baker for dispatch within 30 hours after the order is placed. The baker and USPS/UPS process the order, which takes an additional day.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped via USPS/UPS to the destination. International delivery are made on certain products and takes roughly 5 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS/UPS and usually arrives within 1-3 days.

If you have purchased a combination of products and you use the incorrect shipping category, we will send you an email regarding the difference in shipping cost.  You will have 24 hrs from the email notice to send us the difference in cost.  If after 24 hours you choose not to send us the difference, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.  We are no longer in a position to cover shortages in shipping costs.
