If you have purchased a combination of products or a single product category and you used the incorrect shipping category, we will send you an email regarding the difference in shipping cost.  We are no longer in a position to cover shortages in shipping costs!

Please note, there is a 24 hr window from the email notice to send us the difference in cost.  If after 24 hours you have made the choice not to send us the difference, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you.  As much as we would like to, shortages in shipping has gotten expensive and we can no longer absorb them...

Returns
Our policy is in affect for 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund nor an exchange.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards & All Food Items

To complete your return, we will need the order number and the address it was shipped to.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within thirteen days. All refunds are made minus the cost of shipping.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time [approximately 10 days based on the banking information available on line] before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mumskitchensnyc.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mumskitchensnyc.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to your client, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the refund is approved a gift card code will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; that is, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
